Founded in 2024, Liberty Ground is a small, family owned land investment company. Our mission is simple: to make land liquidation easy for sellers, and to put property back into the hands of hardworking Americans — not foreign buyers or global corporations looking to lock up land and limit access for everyday people.

At Liberty Ground, we have one phrase that sums up our business approach “Blue Collar”. We're upfront, we don’t overcomplicate things, and we’re not salesmen. If a deal doesn’t make sense for you, we’ll tell you. We value honesty, transparency, and doing right by people — plain and simple.

How the Process works

Once we agree on a price and have a signed purchase agreement, the transaction moves into the title and escrow process. We work with reputable local title companies in the areas where we operate, and we're always open to using a title company of your choice if it makes you more comfortable.

We cover all closing costs, and there are no commissions involved — our offer is 100% net to you.

The title company will:

Verify a clear title
Handle all necessary paperwork
Manage the secure transfer of both the deed and the funds between parties

Once the sale is complete, they’ll send your payment via wire transfer, direct deposit, or check, depending on your preference.

If you’re out of town or live in another state, no problem — most title companies offer flexible remote closing options, including mobile notaries and electronic document signing, making the process simple and convenient no matter where you are.
